The theme for April is "Easter"
A delicious celebration of Spring! This month's chocolates are a mix of well-loved flavours, as well as fun twists to classics. Whether they're for gifting or indulging or sharing, these four Easter-inspired chocolates will bring joy to all ages:
Carrot Cake - Carrot and orange gel, atop a cinnamon spiced cream cheese ganache, wrapped in a caramelised white chocolate shell. An Easter classic!
Passionfruit Creme Egg - House-made passionfruit and vanilla bean fondant. Our take on a creme egg but with a refreshing tropical twist!
Hot Cross Bun - Tea soaked fruits and luscious brown muscovado caramel, infused with comforting hot cross bun spices such as cinnamon, mixed spice and nutmeg.
Rhubarb & Custard - Rhubarb gel and Madagascan vanilla bean and Varlhona Ivoire white chocolate ganache, to celebrate spring and bright, new beginnings!

Always with sustainability in mind, our boxes, cards and packing tape are fully recyclable, while our clear bags and packaging peanuts are biodegradable and compostable.
Transparency: Due to the current global cocoa shortage (you can read more about that in our blog post here), we’ve unfortunately had to put our prices up. One thing that we did not want to compromise on is our quality, so we did not want to use cheaper alternatives with lesser quality of flavour. We use Valrhona, which is B-corp certified, ethical and highly-regarded as the best couverture chocolate in the professional and chef world. We hope our customers can understand and continue to support us.
