With this being our last box before our monthly bonbons take a break for the summer, we thought we’d treat you (and ourselves!) to a few of our fan favourites with newly improved recipes:
Banoffee Pie - Roasted banana caramel ganache using Soleil d’Or 38g% milk chocolate from @guittardchocolate with a banana biscuit crust, wrapped in more milk chocolate
Kalamansi - Kalamansi gel paired with a refreshing kalamansi ganache, inside a white chocolate shell. Kalamansi is an aromatic citrus fruit native to the Philippines, that tastes like a a cross between lemon, tangerine, and passionfruit
PB & J - Raspberry gel atop a house-made crunchy peanut praline blended with Valrhona Dulcey blonde chocolate, encased in more blonde chocolate
Rosemary - A dark chocolate shell filled with luscious Dorset sea salt caramel, infused with homegrown rosemary. A floral and sophisticated TLH classic!
All orders come with a handwritten gift note option in our very own greeting card. The perfect personal touch when you’re sending a chocolate-y treat to a loved one.
Always with sustainability in mind, our boxes, cards and packing tape are fully recyclable, while our clear bags and packaging peanuts are biodegradable and compostable.
Transparency: Due to the current global cocoa shortage (you can read more about that in our blog post here), we’ve unfortunately had to put our prices up. One thing that we did not want to compromise on is our quality, so we did not want to use cheaper alternatives with lesser quality of flavour. We use Valrhona, which is B-corp certified, ethical and highly-regarded as the best couverture chocolate in the professional and chef world. We hope our customers can understand and continue to support us.
